Life style is a series of habits that people opt to live. It is up to everyone's choice to go for either healthy or unhealthy life style. If you want to live a healthy life , adopt the habits of those successful people who follow sucessful routine & yes you too have a choice to go for unsuccessful series of habits.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle involves adopting habits that contribute to your overall well-being. Here are some key components of a real healthy lifestyle:

Balanced Diet: Taking a lot of diet is not the sign of a balance diet. Following factors contribute to the balanced diet.
  • Consume a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats
  • Limit processed foods, added sugars, and excessive amounts of salt
  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day
Regular Exercise:

Regular exercise allows us to be regularly healthy in life style. Following exercise routine allows you to maintain a real healthy life style.

Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise per week.

Include strength training exercises at least two days a week.

Adequate Sleep:
  • Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night
  • Maintain a consistent sleep schedule by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day
Stress Management:

Practice stress-reducing techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, yoga, or mindfulness. Find activities that help you relax and unwind.

Regular Health Check-ups:

Schedule regular check-ups with your healthcare provider for preventive care. Stay up-to-date on vaccinations and screenings.

Stop Alcohol and Avoid Tobacco:

If you drink alcohol, you are drinking your life water. Choose to save your life water or go on drinking alchohol which ultimately is going to dry up your life.

Avoid tobacco products and secondhand smoke.

Stay Socially Connected:

We are social animal, in the words of Aristotle: the great philosopher. Cultivate positive relationships with friends and family. Social interactions contribute to mental and emotional well-being.

Hygiene and Sanitation:

Cleanliness covers the half faith. It is the sanitation & hygiene that becomes your top security for a real healthy life style. Here are the tips for hygiene & sanitation maintenance:
